Recycled, Reused and Recyclable

Vertech is a unique, highly engineered composite material manufactured from recycled plastic waste. It is 100% recyclable through Vertech’s open-to-closed loop manufacturing process.

Typical uses of Vertech® products:

Vertech is available as a high performance sheet material as a replacement for a wide range of conventional materials including timber based products such as plywood and MDF, metal products such as aluminium sheet and GRP and other virgin polymers such as PVC and UHMWPE. Vertech Sheet can also be thermoformed to provide a range of thin cross section profiles.

On a larger scale Vertech is also available as industrial performance structural components that can replace concrete, steel and timber in complex engineering structures such as road and rail bridges.

Our unique manufacturing process using patented recycled polymer blending and processing technology allows us to capture waste material streams that may otherwise be too costly to recover and convert them into high performance products.

At the end of life, possibly after several uses, Vertech products can themselves be reclaimed and recycled into more Vertech products, ensuring that best economic and environmental use is made of our valuable and limited resources.
